Admin > Subscription is where you manage what you pay for UnitConnect: your plan, the card UnitConnect charges, and cancellation.

Note

You need permission to view the subscription to open this page, and permission to modify it to change plans, update the card or cancel.

Check your current plan

Click Admin in the sidebar, then Subscription (under Organization).

Current plan shows:

  • A status badge — Trial, Active, Cancelled, Incomplete or No subscription.
  • Plan and Price.
  • Tenants — how many active tenants you have, compared with your plan's limit.
  • Renews — the next renewal date.

Choose or change a plan

  1. Under Current plan, click Change plan (or Choose a plan if you don't have an active subscription yet).
  2. Compare the plans. Every plan includes all features; plans differ by how many active tenants they allow. Your current plan is marked Current.
  3. Click Switch (or Select) on the plan you want.

If you already have a subscription, the change takes effect straight away and is prorated on your next bill. If you're subscribing for the first time, a payment panel opens for you to enter your card.

A plan you can't choose shows Too many active tenants for this plan. — you have more active tenants than that plan allows.

Click Back to return to the overview without changing anything.

Update your payment method

Payment method shows the card on file and its expiry date.

  1. Click Update payment method.
  2. Enter the new card details in the Update payment method panel and confirm.

AI invoice reading

If your account uses AI invoice reading, the AI invoice reading card shows how many invoices have been read this period, how many are included, the charges so far, and past periods.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Under Cancel subscription, click Cancel subscription.
  2. In the confirmation, click Cancel subscription again. Click Keep subscription if you change your mind.
Important

Cancelling ends billing immediately, with no prorated credit for the rest of the period, and removes the card on file. There's no cancellation fee, and you can subscribe again later from the same page.

The Cancel subscription section appears only while your subscription is active or in its trial.
