First steps

• Find your way around UnitConnect

  A tour of the UnitConnect screen — the sidebar, the search bar, notifications, your account menu and the portfolio switcher.

• Sign in and reset your password

  Sign in to UnitConnect, and reset a forgotten password with a one-time code sent to your email.

• Your Home dashboard

  What the cards on the Home dashboard show — billing and occupancy figures, receivables aging, upcoming events, items that need attention and recent activity.

• Search and keyboard shortcuts

  Use the command palette (Ctrl+K) to find any tenant, vendor, property, unit, invoice or expense, jump between pages and start common tasks — plus the keyboard shortcuts that work everywhere.

• Switch between portfolios

  Use the portfolio switcher at the bottom of the sidebar to focus every page on one group of properties.
