  Review a tenant's rent breakdown on the Lease tab, add or edit rent periods, generate an escalation schedule and update several periods at once.

• Renewal option periods

  Record a tenant's options to renew as rent periods with an option number and a notice window, and get reminded before the window opens.

• Edit lease terms, deposit and fees

  Change a tenant's lease dates, rent due day, pro-rata share, insurance details, late fee and admin fee.

• Recurring and additional charges

  Bill a tenant for utilities, parking, CAM escrow and other charges on top of rent, once or on a schedule, and give recurring credits.

• NNN passthroughs

  Set which operating costs — real estate tax, CAM and insurance — a tenant pays, and whether by base year, pro-rata share or flat rate.
