  Add a commercial tenant with a rent escalation schedule, renewal options, a deposit and NNN passthroughs.

• Set up a condo or co-op unit owner

  Add the owner of a condominium or cooperative unit, with a billing period, common interest and common charges instead of a lease and rent.
